The cast and crew of new Emirati sports film Fan of Amoory attended the movies premiere at Vox Cinemas, Yas Mall, on February 5, 2018.
The film tells the story of a young boy who is a fan of UAE football favourite Omar Abdulrahman, widely known as Amoory, and dreams of becoming a professional football player.
Amongst the attendees of last nights event was H.E Major General Ahmed Naser Al Raisi, General Inspector of the Ministry of Interior.
Fan of Amoory was directed by Amer Salmeen Al Murry and produced by Cinema Vision Films, a partner company of twofour54. The media hubs Film & TV Services division provided both production and post production services, including colour grading and editing for the film. Fan of Amoory also benefited from Abu Dhabi Film Commissions 30% cash-back rebate on production spend.
The movie released across UAE theatres on 8 February 2018.
